This large, brick-built farmhouse is situated on a 600 acre livestock farm, close to the village of Llanbister near Llandrindod Wells and can sleep 12 in five bedrooms.
Grevodig is a large, brick-built farmhouse which stands in a very tranquil setting, on a 600 acre livestock farm, just 1.4 miles from the village of Llanbister and near Llandrindod Wells and can sleep 12 people. The cottage has five bedrooms, all with TV/DVD: a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, two king-size double bedroom, a family room with a double bedroom and two singles with an en-suite shower room and a ground floor twin bedroom with en-suite wet room shower. There is also a bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen with dining area, a utility, a sitting room with a woodburner, and a games room with pool table, table tennis and darts. Outside there is off road parking for six cars, bike storage and two lawns and a patio with furniture and an eight seater private hot tub in an enclosed gazebo. Grevodig is a wonderful holiday base.

Rangemaster cooker with double electric oven and 5-ring hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 7 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games, DVDs, CDs and children's toys. Fuel, power and fuel for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Two travel cots, two highchairs and stairgate. Off road parking for 6 cars. Bike storage. Games room. Two lawns with patio, furniture, BBQ and eight seater private hot tub in an enclosed gazebo. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 6 miles, pub 1.4 miles, restaurant 5.5 miles. Note: Due to the property being on a livestock farm, dogs must be kept on a lead when outside. Note: A wheelchair is available in the property at all times. Weight restrictions apply, please contact the owner for more details. Note: The ground floor twin with en-suite is suitable for accompanied wheelchair users. Note: Check-in time 4pm.
